1General Provisions

• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately.

AS8 is not responsible for any activity resulting from unauthorized access to your account. However, once reported, AS8 will promptly investigate and take the necessary action.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all transactions on AS8:

• Minimum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.
• Identity documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• For suspicious transactions, AS8 may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposits are generally processed instantly. Withdrawals typically take 24–72 hours to process, though most are completed sooner. Under AS8's terms and conditions, deposited funds are non-refundable and do not accrue interest.

5Bonuses & Promotions

• Every bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6Gaming Rules

All players must adhere to the following rules while playing games on AS8:

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, your stake will be refunded.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the outcome will be determined based on AS8's system records.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• All AS8 games are tested by third-party auditors and certified with RNG (Random Number Generator) compliance.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. For Sports Betting, AS8 reserves the right to change odds. In the event of any dispute, AS8's decision under its terms and conditions shall be final.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AS8 platform:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, or any other automated method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game software.

8Responsible Gaming

9Closing Your Account

AS8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• In compliance with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• Upon the player's own request to close the account.

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. Before the account is closed, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance (subject to terms and conditions), unless an investigation is ongoing.

10Legal Matters
